Oil pastel one of the most difficult technique for portrait and sketches. It can not be erased, and changes are almost impossible. Lines have to be accurate and verified. However, it's one of the most favorite materials for me.
Was done in November 2016.
The sketch was done on the thick snow white paper with the high-quality Sennelier oil pastels.
Fixed and protected with the special Sennelier varnish.
