The seven-meter statue "Atlant", reminiscent of ancient statues, is installed in the center of the Dnipro at the "meeting" of two boulevards.
The creators of the city's largest sculpture are sculptors Nikita and Yehor Zigura. The metaphorical meaning from the artists is that the figure of Atlanta carries iron shackles, which he got rid of, symbolizing physical, social and inner freedom. Liberation takes place at the meeting place of "past" and "future", which is symbolized by the two boulevards.
I looked at this sculpture through the lens of my acquaintances, because I did not have time to visit this city before the war. Therefore, I interpret the first impression of her. "Atlant" reminds me of a person of pure thoughts. The size of the physical body can be about one meter and sixty centimeters, and the whole world loves her heart❤
