The work in the interior "Sketch in the Carpathians" was drawn from life during my cycling trip to the Carpathians in the spring of 2020.

I traveled by bike and lived in a tent with such beautiful mountain views and painted from life every day. I rediscovered the Carpathians for myself in that open air, because I had previously been to the Carpathians, but did not see their beauty.

In that plein air, I visited different places of the Ukrainian Carpathians, saw how beautiful they are and drew many sketches from nature. A characteristic feature of the spring landscapes in the Carpathians is smoke. In almost every work, he is present and creates some kind of original atmosphere and flavor.

The work was painting by professional Italian watercolors Maimeri Blu on 100% cotton watercolor paper 300 g/m2, which guarantees the durability of the preservation of the work under proper storage conditions, decorated under glass.

All the funds raised from the sale of my paintings are used to make my dream of a mobile workshop based on a minibus come true. Now I travel the world on a bicycle, it is very exciting, but for greater productivity I need a minibus in which I will live, travel and paint.
