Sketching is my regular exercise. It keeps that part of my brain sharp. I often work these sketches fast and furious. Often lines are rough and scratchy, but I do capture a unique mood. And this is what I am presenting.
Slowly I am reaching into my trunk full of sketches, organizing them, getting the photo, uploading. Many of my inspirations come from sitting out in public places such as this one. I love the challenge of capturing a pose though the people may not know it, or may even have walked on by the time the sketch is properly done. My signature for most of my sketches is my ‘G’ … and I try to remember to put the date…
