This was actually more of a study to do some research on how to paint silver.
It was so much fun to figure out how many colours one can use to give the illusion of silver colour. The more detailed image of this artwork gives a good impression of all the colours that I used.
I always like to paint single objects, because there's no distraction of the environment and you just have to focus on the subject. You really learn a lot but simply observing how things work. Afterwards yo really get to know the object well and you look at it with different eyes.
