"Silver Birch Trees in Spring" shows the bright green leaves of the trees standing out from the gently graded blue sky. I painted the background carefully building up several layers of paint to illustrate the bright blue seen in spring. The silver birch trees are on the edge of a field close to my home where I've been able to observe them in all seasons.
Painted with artists quality oil paint on canvas.
The picture is painted on all sides and is ready to hang with Drings and cord on the back.
