This is the second version of this scene of figures standing on a harbour wall. I wanted to to communicate a sense of scale in a rather cinematic way. It's surprising how much expression you can get with painting such tiny figures. The human form is so eloquent, even when seen as very small against the massive harbour walls.

This painting is being sold framed to a very high standard.
