Silent Witness was triggered by the horrors of the war in Ukraine and my disgust at the lies and propaganda coming from the aggressors to try and justify the invasion. The dead victims bear silent witness to the atrocities and war crimes. The tree is symbolic of the endurance, strength and courage of the Ukrainian people but also as a witness to the past and present.

Antique white mount in a dark blue stained wood frame to match the blue used in the painting.

It will be signed and come with a certificate of authenticity.
