Oil on canvas multi layered technique uses both painting knife and brush, it is unframed, but the edges are painted. It is a copy of a Hermannstadt's photo by Hasegan Laurentiu, photographer. Sibiu is one of the most important cultural centres of Romania and was designated the European Capital of Culture for the year 2007, along with the city of Luxembourg. Formerly the centre of the Transylvanian Saxons, the old city of Sibiu was ranked as "Europe's 8th most idyllic place to live" by Forbes.
Every painting is signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and it is wrapped carefully for the shipment around the world to ensure safe arrival. The colors could be slightly different from the screen to the original one.
