I love the Baltic Sea, especially the deserted, natural stone beaches where seagulls and other birds flock. I love the varied shapes of the stones and also the peace and quiet when there is no wind, when you can get very close to the water's edge, sit down on a thick stone, breathe in the sea air and let your gaze wander off into the distance to the horizon.

These pictures are made with a special wet-on-wet spatula technique, in which I apply 2 layers of paint on top of each other, then in a quick working process I use a spatula to create the shapes in the picture and work on them after they have dried.

Due to the reduced colourfulness and the long, horizontal format, the picture radiates a great calmness. It can also be hung very well on a coloured wall.

My pictures are shipped in a cardboard with DHL, TNT or UPS and are insured for the value. If the shipping costs are lower than indicated, the difference will of course be refunded.
