"Silence" is a confrontational dialogue between serenity and wildness within the same scene.
The white of the canvas represents the pure, the silence, the calm. It does not interfere in the representation of the animal figure, but at the same time it makes it more protagonist, it takes it out of context and out of its usual environment.
A search for silent tension with the spectator that plays with two opposite sensations.
On the physical level, the application of acrylic paint, created by myself with pigments, generates an accumulation of layers in a more studied and reflexive way.
A fusion of subtlety, a seated composition of a foreground and an expressive gaze, culminates in the desired scene.
The canvas is shipped unframed, rolled up in a rigid tube.
It can then be mounted again on a wooden frame or the canvas can be framed directly.
