Original artwork description:
This is a night time version of the same view as the previous Shrine drawing, also made from life in Tokyo, Japan. The more I looked at the city at night the more shapes and colours would start to appear from the darkness. I think it creates a very atmospheric environment with reflected colours and lights illuminating angles and parts of buildings across the city in a very different way than in the daytime.
