Original artwork description:

Inspired by a late March day out in the 1100 years old historic town of Shrewsbury. A view of the corner of Princess Street and Milk Street taken from the end of Belmont. Looking down Milk Street to the right, you can see the tower of Saint Julian's Church, with the spire of Saint Alkmunds Church in the distance.
Drawn to the variety of architecture and the warmth of the red brick lit by Spring sunlight, I found these smaller side streets of the town most appealing as a subject to record.
