Sketching is my daily exercise and I take my sketchbook and pencils wherever I go and I often work these sketches fast and furious. In this way I capture a unique mood even if the lines may be a bit rough and scratchy.
Slowly I am reaching into my trunk full of sketches, organizing them, getting the photo, and uploading. Some I rework into paintings others digital works. Many of my inspirations come from sitting out in public places, such as this one done at a small open air restaurant in Bangkok. While waiting for my food I got to sketch a few of the other diners.
My signature for most of my sketches is my ‘G’ … and I try to remember to put the date…
