Suddenly it seemed to me that retro shoes should be served with a modern sauce. Maybe that's why everything is so vague and unspecific. Or maybe it's because these shoes are long gone. Only memories of them remain. As ethereal as dreams. Just impressions, just fleeting sensations of something distant and not very clear.
It was or it wasn't.
