A dramatic Scottish highland mountain loch or lake landscape painting inspired by the wild and remote mountains and small moorland lochs in the misty west coast highlands of Scotland, with their swift changing weather of rain showers and dramatic light, that makes the water appear to shimmer like silver. In this artwork I have tried to convey the moody atmosphere of the changeable weather of this wild area of Scotland. Painted in blue, green and red ochre colours in an expressive abstract style.

Painted using quality artists paint on a small square format 8" x 8" (20 x 20cm) canvas, with a varnish finish and white wooden frame with cord ready to hang.
