Original artwork description:

This painting was inspired by a quintessential serene California scene of grazing sheep in the meadow at the Mission Ranch in Carmel-by-the-Sea, against the backdrop of the Pacific ocean, with the view of Point Lobos in the distance.

Materials used to create this artwork:
Gouache on Fabriano Cold Press 140 lbs gsm 100% cotton watercolor paper adhered to a 2 mm archival ACM (aluminum composite material) panel that resists warping and humidity changes. The painting is varnished and can be framed without glass.
