I wanted to capture the sense of tranquility and solitude that comes from being out on the water. The paddle boards floating in a vast expanse of turquoise, represent moments of stillness amid the gentle swirl of the ocean. The figures are small, almost insignificant in comparison to the wide, open sea, yet there is a sense of peace and harmony in their quiet presence. The subtle movement of the water, with small sharks darting beneath the surface, reminds us of the life and energy that exist even in the calmest moments. Through this piece, I hoped to evoke a feeling of freedom and connection to nature, where the vastness of the ocean meets the simplicity of human presence.
