Original artwork description:

A monotype print of a Shaman layered on top of a colourscape inspired by Rothko. This print was created through a process of layering monoprint colour plates, pressed through an etching press.

The idea was conceived through exploring the layering of an image of a Shaman as though she is an ancestral spirit watching over the Earth using process primary colours yellow, red and blue pressed onto watercolour paper.

This forms part of my #lostgeneration series.
