This is an oil painting of beautiful landscape scenery, where peace and happiness spread all over, bright morning sunrise scattering sunshine in whole valley, clouds are rising from lap of mountains, new flowers are ready to spread their fragrance and a mountain river is giggling and running amid them.
A lovely girl Shakuntala, sitting near river has picked some white flowers to make garland. Her forest friend a deer came to meet her, Shakuntala pampering her friend and that deer whispering some secrets of woods to her.
This oil painting is inspired with a character named Shakuntala from Mahabharata.
