This the second batch of Shaking Structures and I have combined them with another line of inquiry called Aerial View. I was trying to play with two favorite things of mine: Atmospheric perspective and flatness. I tried to combine both with some interesting results. I spent a lot of time working on this second batch so I am happy I don't have to look at them anymore. I hope they inspire some feelings of calm and peace in the viewer. I always want my paintings to be a respite from the intensity of the world.
