This oil painting shows a Sevillana dancer. It was ralised with the help of watercolour studies and sketches I had made in Mauguio (South of France) where a popular festival ( 'Romeria') takes place every year. The main interest lies in the dancer's gesture and in the way she carries her head. Painted on a 4 cm deep stretched canvas, this small oil painting doesn't really require a frame. It is ready to hang.
