This is one of my very rare human portraits,as I'm primarily a wildlife Artist.
I've always had a huge respect of tatooists who are often unrecognised in the art World,or very little known despite their great skill.
I chose to paint this pretty young lady who was willing to exhibit her tattoos for artistic purposes,in shades of grey,because personally I find that monochrome portraits can on certain subjects be more striking than colour.

Please note,the painting will need to be mounted,and framed behind glass. This will protect the painting from atmospheric grime for life.
The photos you are viewing here of the painting are inferior to viewing the painting in real life,as a photo can never reproduce exactly what the human eye sees
