This is photo "02" from a series of photos from the painting "Greens" from my "Secrets of Memories" series.
This painting and photo are originally in shades of green, but I changed the color to shades of burgundy in photoshop.
When I paint my paintings, I apply many layers with drying. And it's so beautiful that I take close-up photos of the fragments with a professional camera and get a series of photos from one painting. I photograph and apply a new layer, photograph again and paint again. In this way, these photos are unique, they are the inner parts of the painting that are now forever hidden under layers of paint.
I am inspired by my passion for psychology and introspection. This is a series of paintings about the mysteries of our memory.
Our memory, in the form of memories, holds many secrets, good and bad moments.
Each layer in the painting interacts with another and creates changes, new patterns, just as each layer of a person's personality influences and shapes them.
The white layers on my works denote the shroud of layers of time and other memories that gradually move away from us deeper and gradually become murky, pale, we can no longer clearly see the whole picture in the bright colors of our memories.

Something of our memories our psyche carefully hides from us, something is gradually displaced, and it takes a lot of effort and persistence to get to the essence through the veil of time, so in my works these white layers, colored spots are visible in some places fragmentarily, and some of them are not visible at all, they are barely discernible through the fog of dense layers.
In this work I used colors of green and sunshine that refer us back to one summer day when the grass was fragrant and tall, partly scorched.

These are limited edition prints on premium quality matte paper measuring 50 x 75 cm.
Product Status: UNFRAMED, unstretched, not ready to hang, only print on paper sent IN ROLL.
