Whether you are a lifelong fan or only heard your parents playing 'Je t'aime moi non plus' once when you were ten, it's unlikely you are unaware of the maverick songwriter, provocateur and French national french treasure, Serge Gainsbourg. This is my first oil portrait of him, attempting to exude his distinct personality.
