Original artwork description:

“Serenity”

The size: 30 x 30 in
Material: Acrylic Paints on Canvas
The artwork is sold unframed

This painting took a part in the art show at Jones Gallery, Kansas, MO.

There is an acrylic painting on the canvas from my series “Human and Nature”. I wanted to deliver a feeling of tenderness, sensitivity and delicacy. This woman is holding a shell to her ear, showing how it is important to take a pause and listen without rush that we face in our daily life.

It is about deep human connection with the nature and resources that we get from it. Nowadays it is a very acute problem when we are faced with issues such as climate change, environmental pollution, extinction of animals.

I like collage way of organizing and forming elements on the canvas. It looks like a puzzle, when one element overlap or transforms into another, that creates the feeling of interest finding new objects that are not obvious at first glance. This painting combines different acrylic techniques such as scratching, multilayering and usage of different textures.

The artwork will be packed securely.

Materials used:

Acrylic
