Artwork description:

This print was inspired by the landscape of hills and vales that surround the iconic landmark of Colmer's Hill near Bridport in Dorset. I wanted to convey not only the spaciousness of the landscape but alos a sense of stillness and calm.

This is a two block print, the sky and landscape created using the reduction technique which means the block was gradually destroyed with each stage of the process. Only the second, foreground block can be reused.

Small edition of 19.
Printed on Somerset Satin 250g paper using oil-based inks.

Prior to shipping the print will be backed with card, wrapped in biodegradable cellophane and securely packaged with cardboard.
