My landscapes try to express a moment or a place almost in an abstraction. The remoteness, the depth, and the calm that it produces is what stands out in this painting. Although there is no realism, no details, through the shapes you can feel the illusion of a small town, distant barges and mountains in the background. All in absolute peace, a place like so many in the world, a place of rest and reflection. The work is painted with palette knives, rollers and brushes and has some light touches of silver. All to create a delicate atmosphere in a palette of earth tones, with a touch of turquoise to adjust the chromatic composition. There is no spot that I have not studied. It does not matter if it is a sunset or a sunrise, but the path that leads us to that place of great peace. It fascinates me to paint with so much freedom and to feel that the colors speak for themselves and everything flows and is composed. On the back of the painting are the data of the painting and the number of records.
