In this painting, I've captured the serenity of a young child playing in the vast, gentle embrace of the ocean. The merging styles of impressionism and realism reflect the fleeting, luminous moments of childhood against the timeless whisper of the waves. My use of oils enhances the depth and emotion, inviting a sense of calm and reflection into any space, evoking contemplation of the simple, pure moments of life.

To create this painting I used various range of techniques- from an old traditional glazing/sfumato (gained its popularity in 16th-17th century) and blending to so much loved by impressionists impasto.

This painting would look great in any home décor style. It is ready to hang, can be framed or hung without a frame - this painting is extended over the edges of the gallery wrapped canvas, is wired, signed and dated by me.
