"Take off your masks, accept all your facets, refuse to be at enmity with yourself. If we close our eyes to bad character traits, it is impossible to get rid of them. And vice versa: by accepting a mistake, we are free to learn a lesson and not to repeat it in the future. By admitting a wrongdoing, we can forgive ourselves for it.
If we are able to recognise the fact that right now at this moment we refuse to accept our envy, anger, passionate desire, a once committed act and so on, if we recognise and accept our resistance, we find a paradoxical thing: this resistance starts to crumble!
