Bonds…blood bonds, bonds of love, bonds of friendship. Simply bonds! Bonds for life, bonds of an instant. Bonds that break, bonds that are reborn. Bonds…unions that intertwine with old and new flavors, that resurface from memory retracing the past, the present and the future. A bond is forever only when it does not break despite the storm that overwhelms it. The absolute bond is that between a mother and her child attached to the breast that will never abandon him. Bonds…essentially bonds!
This whirlwind of emotions is what my work wants to arouse in the eyes of an attentive observer, who scrutinizes and searches for every indissoluble bond between the brush strokes, between the shades, between the reliefs, between the interweavings that, linked by a holistic harmony, push one to search within oneself for the bonds that have marked the life of each one.
