Seeking Calmness is an evocative painting in the Ness Series. It's symbolic of a need to seek calmness, to find one's own oasis of calm in whatever way one can. We certainly need more calmness in this troubled world!

The painting will be supplied unframed but in an antique white mount, backed and in a protective display bag. Whenever possible paintings are framed and ready to hang but for larger paintings such as this the risk of glass breakage in transit is higher hence the decision to supply unframed. The price has been adjusted accordingly. The framed image shown is a digital one to give an idea of what it will look like in a black frame.

The painting will be signed on the front and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Please note that the colours of the original may be slightly different to what you see on your screen owing to the varying configurations of individual computer monitors and other equipment. Please also be aware that some of the images you will see on zoom may be larger than the actual artwork (with some possible loss of definition) if viewed on a larger screen.

Quotations for international shipping may be considered upon request. International Buyers please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility when the goods arrive.

If more than one painting is purchased they will be packaged together for posting and the shipping charge adjusted accordingly.

All watercolour and mixed media paintings are created on heavyweight acid free watercolour paper. All paints used are professional artist's quality. Paintings are mounted in professionally cut acid free conservation mounts.

Frames are usually made of wood and sourced from local framers. Flexible tabs are used to fix the backs of the frames to make it easier to reframe paintings in a frame of the Collector's choosing if they wish to do so.

All my paintings are unique originals. I don't do copies or prints of any of my paintings.
