‘Seek no Further’ is an original abstract painting on canvas, a calming artwork with a quiet intensity.

Through abstract art I have found a means to explore and give form to my elusive inner world. As I learn to quieten my mind I begin to focus the lens of awareness on the silence and the empty spaces. Being fully present when I paint allows me to let go of any set outcome and discover what emerges in the moment.
