Right now I feel like I really need to step back and take a look at the big picture. Remind myself that anything that is happening right now that I'm angsting over should be taken with a grain of salt and taken in context of the big picture of my life. It's sometimes hard when we all get mired down in the little 'blips' in our lives rather than thinking about what really matters and what is really relevant. I was thinking about all of this when I was painting this piece.

This painting is abstract expressionist - my emotions guide what I paint.

This painting is 18"x24"x.5" and is heavy body acrylics on canvas.
