Original artwork description:

A dried sunflower makes a perfect subject for a full range of textures. When you grow a flower as majestic as this, it is good to record it with fond memories. This work was created using my own coloured black oil based ink and mark making with cloths, brushes, spatulas, paint brushes and rollers and put through the etching press once to create a unique monotype.
