Original artwork description:

I have a collection of seedheads in a pot by my studio door and every now and then they catch my eye and I love the shapes and delicate colours of them. I have painted these ones - poppy, hogweed and honesty - using delicate shades of raw sienna, subtle pinks and mauves with touches of sepia ink.
The background is a more vibrant mix of these colours to set off the shapes, lines and tones and full of watercolour textures. The painting can be sold mounted (matted) & framed in a limed oak framed if wishes, please contact me for details and a price.
