SECOND CHANCES oil on linen 30in x 24 in from the collection REALITY BITES. In our lives, we seem perfect like the shell of a snail, but inside we are not. We tend to dwell and not improve spiritually as the snail living a life of mediocrity. The snail reminds us we have a second chance to live the fullest, with love, to improve and correct those things that don’t let us walk THE WAY! The background of this painting is halo blue with a texture that mimics the old walls from my hometown, Cartagena, Colombia.
