Original artwork description:

An old friend posted a photograph of a valley in Ennerdale. Five miles from the nearest road. The photograph triggered a memory of a camping in Ennerdale with the Guides. I had never been away from home for that long before and the trip was a mix of wonder and excitement of being in such a beautiful and vast landscape and homesickness. It felt like another world.
The painting is supplied in a white/cream mount with or without a pale blue inset (let me know which you prefer).
