Artwork description:
1 in stock, blue. Collagraph handmade print drawn from life on to the plate, printed in black on 370gsm watercolour paper. A Collagraph print is one made from a plate with different textures. My printing plate is made from mounting board. The process is a combination of intaglio and relief. I Collaged my plate with different materials I used PVA glue to stick them on. PVA is then sealed with shellac. The plate is then coloured with stay open inks.
I will pack this print flat between layers of cardboard (see me at work pic) This print is sold unframed.
