Finally, after a long break from them, I offer a Tablescape! Set somewhere on the French Riviera. The Black and white tiled floors are a bit of a throwback to my earlier works from a couple of decades ago, where I utilized this pattern of flooring often. The bowl of lemons on the table is a nod to my French town of Menton; the Citron Capitol of France! To have added a cat to this painting surprised me, frankly. I didn’t see that coming! But I love the way he engages you- the viewer- with his unabashed stare. This canvas is painted around the edges so it is ready to hang as is, without a frame if preferred.
