I made this sunset seascape on the beach one of the most picturesque cities of the Cote d'Azur. Sestri Levante is famous for its stunning sea views. Most of all I was inspired by the evening sky, the clouds illuminated with the last rays of the setting sun, stretching over the sea. The dark silhouette of the rocky coast crashes into the sea contrasting with a yellowish glow of the sky. Restless waves noisily crash against the shore and drag pebbles into the sea to immediately spit them out onto the beach. A few moments and the sun will hide behind the horizon, muffling the bright colors of the Ligurian sea until the next morning.
