On every holiday my family take we have a competition to see who spots the most interesting wildlife. One place that is always difficult due to the vast amount of wildlife is Scotland; we always argue over who has won! This common seal was spotted lying on a rock; as the tide went out more of it was exposed until it seemed to be lying on the water surface. As common seals are not so common any more, this was a really nice spot. It even had a cheeky smile on it's face, knowing it was the star!

Painted in acrylic paint on chunky sided canvas, I have kept the background minimal in order for the seal to stand out. The sides are painted with a continuation of the colours of the main picture. Ready to hang.

Comes with a certificate of authenticity and signed on the front.
