Original artwork description:

Port Mulgrave lies between the Yorkshire coastal villages of Staithes and Runswick. Both are stalwarts for the artist, but the views from Port Mulgrave more than make up for the lack of picturesque cottages that it’s better known neighbours boast. This work was painted on site in late summer using watercolour washes to create an expressive underpainting on which soft pastel was then applied using energetic marks.
This work is presented double mounted ready for framing. It will be dispatched cello wrapped and carefully packaged in an appropriate strong cardboard box protected by bubble wrap and sent via a tracked courier.
A certificate of authenticity will be provided.
