Original artwork description:

This is an original oil painting on stretched canvas by South Australian artist Scott Maxwell

Lots of very thick very warm orange and yellow paint on this piece. I've used the painting knifes to lay down the long strokes of colour. It's a panoramic view of an abstract sea of fire.

You can commission a painting of a certain size, get in touch.

This painting is on a stretched canvas the edges of the canvas are painted black and a hanging wire is attached to the back so it is ready to hang unframed.

Materials used:

Professional quality oil paint on gallery wrapped edged canvas. Varnished, sides painted, ready to hang unframed.
