Locations like Loch Broom, Loch Nevis, Loch Hourn, Loch Torridon, the Isle of Skye, and the Outer Hebridean Islands of Lewis and Harris serve as inspiration, with their dramatic, colourful stormy skies. The artwork is rendered in a semi-abstract, impressionist style, featuring a bold abstracted stormy sky in shades of blue, pink, and green ochre that illustrate the rocky shoreline and seaweed of the coast of these wild areas of the British coastline.
