In creating this oil painting, I sought to encapsulate the raw, untamed spirit of the sea. Using a blend of fine art, impressionism, and realism, I channel the dynamic energy and rhythmic movement of ocean waves. The cool tones and vigorous brushstrokes evoke a sense of both awe and serenity. This artwork embodies the power and mystery of nature, inviting viewers into a moment of profound connection with the elemental forces of our world. It’s a reminder of the relentless beauty and strength found in the natural environment, ideal for bringing a lively yet tranquil energy to any space.

To create this painting I used various range of techniques- from an old traditional glazing/sfumato (gained its popularity in 16th-17th century) and blending to so much loved by impressionists impasto.

This painting would look great in any home décor style. It is ready to hang, can be framed or hung without a frame - this painting is extended over the edges of the gallery wrapped canvas, is wired, signed and dated by me.
