I love the sea's sounds and the way it reflects the sky. The colours that shimmer across its surface are unbelievable. This, combined with the colour of the water over white sand, surprises me every time.
Sea captured in oils and with palette knife at its most mysterious at night . With moon shimmering over the waves . I have dusted real gold powder over the top of the painting , therefore the work glows with a tiny bit of light on it . This gives a truthful effect of the moon shimmer at night . Its beautiful in the well lighted room as well as darker rooms
