Original artwork description:

After a recent visit to Saunton Sands where I did lots of scribbly sketching capturing the weather, the wind, the surf and the sky, I came back to the studio and created this painting trying to keep and capture the same atmosphere on canvas. This canvas has been worked on over a number of days, using various tools and paint to create the textures that make up the sky and sea. The edges are painted Paynes grey and this painting is ready to hang.

Materials used:

Oil, Canvas, Wax Medium and Linseed oil.
