This is a pair of paintings that simply show the sea and the sand. It is a good reminder of beach holidays, at any time of the year.

They are painted on canvas, with textured acrylic paint. I have painted the strong blues and greens of the ocean, contrasting with the swirls of foamy white water, where the water meets the land. I have shown the texture of sand and rocks on the shoreline.

The paintings probably look best fairly close together, but not touching, on a wall. It does not really matter which one is on the left and which one is on the right. They match up anyway you hang them.

They have been varnished with a glossy UV varnish. They are ready to hang. The size quoted is for both paintings put together. The individual size of each one is approx 9.7 ins by 19.5 ins high. That's 25 x 50 cm approx.

They will be carefully packaged .
