Original artwork description:

The "Near the Isle of Skye" painting was born based on my impressions from a trip to the Scottish Highlands in far 2011. The closer to the North, the more dramatic scenery becomes.

SIZE: The watercolour is large, 37 x 56 cm or 14.56 x 22.04 inches, and it would be a great addition to your living room or a present to someone who loves Scotland.

TECHNIQUE & MATERIALS: The artwork is original and done mostly in wet-on-dry technique on an acid free archival paper which may last for many decades and even longer (if kept in good storage conditions).

STORAGE: The painting needs to be kept far from direct sun, as it affects the colours of the watercolour, bleaching it.

COLOURS: Please be aware that the original colours of the painting may slightly differ from what you may see on your mobile or laptop screen.

FRAMING & PACKAGING: I ship the watercolour of this size unframed (no mat as well), rolled and sealed in a postal cardboard tube. It is done in order to reduce parcel's weight and shipping costs. This way of shipping does not affect the quality of painting, however it requires putting the watercolor under press for a couple of days.

SHIPPING: I will be happy to ship this river landscape to your country via a national post courier, or any other of your choice (for an extra charge). The current price of shipping shows the cost of national post courier services.
